We are seeking a seasoned Security Guard Supervisor to oversee operations in commercial settings. You will manage patrols, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents while also serving as the primary liaison for tenants and visitors. Your strong communication skills and emotional intelligence will be critical to de-escalating situations, promoting safety, and delivering outstanding service to all occupants and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols across multiple properties

• Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV

• Investigate and address security incidents and alarms

• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and contractors

• Generate detailed incident and activity reports

Requirements:

• Valid Alberta Security Services Worker License

• 3-5 years of security experience in commercial settings

• At least 3 years of customer service or client-facing roles

• Strong conflict-resolution and de-escalation skills

• Previous supervisory experience preferred
