Paladin Security is seeking dedicated individuals for full-time healthcare security roles across hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities in Calgary. This position features a 4 on, 4 off work rotation. Responsibilities include providing customer service while ensuring safety, managing access control, and responding to incidents in dynamic environments. You'll receive 24-hour support from experienced managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide access control and monitor restricted areas

• Conduct patrols and identify security risks

• Respond to alarms and emergency situations

• Investigate incidents and irregularities

• Monitor patient safety and documentation

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong communication and de-escalation skills

• Ability to manage stressful environments

• Willingness to travel more than 50km when required

• Commitment to public safety and service
