Security Supervisor

Position: Security Supervisor Role at GardaWorld
Elevate security in Calgary as a Tactical Security Supervisor with Garda World. Oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure client satisfaction at a high-profile location.

This full-time role features a 2-2-3 rotation. You will lead security personnel, provide training on legal protocols, and maintain professionalism while supporting security operations. Strong interpersonal skills and experience in supervision are essential for effectively managing the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients and address security issues

• Train personnel on arrest powers and use of force

• Ensure staff are equipped and directed properly

• Review reports from Security Personnel for accuracy

• Conduct administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in security

• Valid Alberta Security license required

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong customer service and leadership capabilities

• Understanding of Canadian Criminal Code and related acts
