Target is on the lookout for a Security Specialist to enforce safety protocols and ensure a secure shopping experience. This role demands effective crisis management skills, experience in theft recovery, and strong teamwork. You will train fellow team members to adhere to security measures and maintain store compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist customers

• Monitor safety standards across the store

• Record and address security incidents promptly

• Conduct merchandise recoveries as necessary

• Prepare and submit incident documentation

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent diploma

• Minimum age of 18 years

• Strong communication abilities

• Capability to physically manage merchandise

• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
