This full-time role offers the chance to work in various healthcare environments, including hospitals and clinics. Candidates will benefit from 4 on, 4 off work shifts, alternating between days and nights. The position entails maintaining security, responding to calls, and monitoring for potential risks. Comprehensive support is provided by our healthcare management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce access control and monitor facilities

• Patrol for risks and maintain safety standards

• Respond to emergency calls and alarms

• Investigate irregularities and document findings

• Ensure patient safety through vigilant monitoring

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Excellent communication and de-escalation skills

• Ability to thrive in challenging situations

• Flexibility to travel over 50km as needed

• Focus on providing exceptional customer service
