Join the Lake Louise team as a Full-Time Night Advisor. Your mission is to enforce security and provide assistance during night shifts at the resort.

In this Resident Advisor role, you will ensure the safety and security of Lake Louise Ski Resort properties. With responsibilities such as conducting night patrols, liaising with emergency agencies, and responding to issues, this role requires self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills. Ensure compliance with residency conditions and create a welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform security patrols of resort accommodations

• Enforce residence rules stated in rental agreements

• Collaborate with local law enforcement for safety

• Manage complaints and conduct thorough investigations

• Complete nightly report documentation for incidents

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with clean abstract

• Proven 3 years of claim-free insurance history

• Self-driven with effective communication

• Capable of lifting/carrying 50 lbs

• Prior security experience preferred

Provide essential security services while engaging with the employees and guests at Lake Louise Ski Resort.
