Take on a vital role as a Resident Advisor at Lake Louise Ski Resort, focusing on security and safety during night shifts. Your efforts help maintain a secure environment for all.

This full-time Night Shift position requires you to oversee the safety of the resort and its staff accommodations. You'll carry out security patrols, handle complaints, and coordinate with emergency services. Strong communication skills and the ability to enforce rules are critical to ensuring guest safety and a positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular security patrols of the premises

• Enforce contract stipulations for resident safety

• Work directly with law enforcement when necessary

• Address guest complaints and investigate issues

• Compile accurate reports on security incidents

Requirements:

• Canadian or international driver's license with clean record

• 3 years of claim-free insurance history

• Ability to work with little supervision

• High levels of self-motivation and energy

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
