About the Job:

We are looking for a Security Supervisor to help support our business in SE Calgary (Main Site) and Balzac (satellite site). The successful candidate must have a good driving abstract and be able to provide as such.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for overseeing the entire Security Team.
Scheduling.
Evaluate and document employees' performance and provide feedback to Skanna Management.
Reports directly to Client/Skanna Management.
Perform Health & Safety Audits and report any issues to Client/Skanna Management.
Perform daily audits to ensure Guards and Supervisors are doing their assignments correctly.
Ensure all security staff is fully capable of handling emergency evacuation plans.

Requirements:

Valid Alberta Security Guard License.
College degree or higher qualification.
Must have own vehicle.
Flexibility to work all shifts including weekends as needed.
Minimum of 5 years security experience and minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent customer service with demonstrated experience.
