Security Foreperson at Sunshine Village

Become a vital member of the Sunshine Village team as a Security Foreperson in Banff National Park. This role revolves around ensuring guest safety and enforcing rules while enjoying the stunning winter landscape.

As a Security Foreperson, you’ll protect guests, staff, and property while responding quickly to potential issues. Your keen observational skills will be essential for noting disturbances and your calm demeanor will help de-escalate situations. You will report directly to the Security Supervisory team, making critical decisions when needed and coordinating with various operational departments throughout the Resort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document security incidents throughout the resort

• Respond to emergency alarms and manage responses

• Conduct access checks and ensure compliance with regulations

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all findings

• Assist in snow removal from high traffic areas

Requirements:

• Valid Alberta Security Services Licence

• Excellent judgment and communication skills

• Strong ability to de-escalate tense situations

• Willing to work outdoor in various weather conditions

• Positive professional attitude under pressure
