We are currently hiring experienced Temporary Industrial Security Guards to join our team at an industrial facility in Brazeau County, Alberta
.
- Wage: $21.00 per hour
- Assignment Length: Approximately one month
- Start Dates: August 19 or August 26, 2026
- Location: Brazeau County, Alberta
- Transportation: Candidates must be able to travel to Drayton Valley. Transportation to and from the worksite will be provided by crew truck.

As an Industrial Security Guard, you will help maintain a safe, secure, and professional work environment by:
- Conducting regular patrols of the site
- Monitoring surveillance systems and site security
- Managing access control and verifying authorized personnel
- Reporting security concerns, hazards, incidents, and policy violations
- Directing vehicle traffic as required
- Completing Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHAs), Daily Occurrence Reports (DORs), and Incident Reports
- Inspecting company vehicles and reporting maintenance requirements
- Monitoring building and equipment controls
- Following all site policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Arriving on time and communicating promptly if unable to report for duty
- Working effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Valid Alberta Security Services Worker License
- Minimum one year of industrial security experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with no more than six demerits
- Standard First Aid with CPR certification
- CSTS certification
- Ability to travel to Drayton Valley for crew transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Experience using electronic access control or badging systems
- H₂S Awareness certification
