Security Supervisor in Casino Environment

Join the dynamic field of casino security as an Assistant Security Manager. This role requires strong leadership and operational oversight in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Reporting to the Security & OHS Manager, you'll lead by example while ensuring the precise execution of departmental functions. With a focus on consistent operational processes, you will enhance team performance and drive improvements within security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise shifts and guide security operations

• Respond to incidents effectively, documenting as necessary

• Maintain strong situational awareness throughout the casino

• Oversee training, scheduling, and compliance-related tasks

• Identify and address operational gaps efficiently

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in a security supervisory role

• Related post-secondary education preferred

• Experience in conflict resolution and incident management

• Standard First Aid Level C certification required

• Ability to secure AGLC Gaming Registration
