Paladin Security is looking for dedicated Security Professionals to ensure safety at healthcare facilities across Calgary. This casual role requires a minimum of three days availability, with day or night shifts according to preference. You will be key in managing access, responding to incidents, and providing both safety and customer service to patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control access to healthcare facilities and restricted areas

• Monitor incidents via CCTV footage and respond promptly

• Conduct regular patrols to identify safety risks

• Respond to alarms and emergency assistance calls

• Document incidents and maintain patient safety records

Requirements:

• Minimum three days availability per week

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Previous security experience preferred but not necessary

• Valid Alberta Security Worker Licence is a plus

• First Aid/CPR certification is advantageous
