Paladin Security is actively recruiting for a Healthcare Security Guard to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role demands professionalism and the ability to handle high-pressure situations, ensuring safety through proactive monitoring and effective communication. Successful candidates will handle access control, respond to emergencies, and assist with conflict resolution strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide access control throughout the facility

• Conduct proactive security surveillance and patrols

• Respond effectively to alarms and emergencies

• Support healthcare staff to ensure resident safety

• Communicate clearly and professionally at all times

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Alberta Security License

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
