We are seeking a qualified Control Room Operator to support site security operations. The successful candidate will monitor CCTV systems, manage access control, and respond to security-related incidents in a fast-paced control room environment.
These are full-time opportunities, and all shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a computer skills assessment as part of the pre-employment evaluation process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Monitor CCTV systems and identify irregular or suspicious activities.
- Enforce all control room protocols without exception.
- Manage access control for staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Respond to alarms and security alerts in real time.
- Communicate with on-site security personnel and law enforcement to coordinate responses.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation.
- Escalate issues to supervisors or management as required.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and security procedures.
- Valid provincial Security Guard License.
- Valid driver's license.
- Working knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple security platforms.
- Prior control room/Call Centre or CCTV experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and situational awareness
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts as needed.
- Must be available in the daytime, evening and overnight shifts as needed.
