This position is designed for candidates with prior control room or CCTV experience. As a Control Room Operator, your role will include monitoring security feeds, managing access protocols, and coordinating responses to alarms and alerts. You will also maintain clear reports and documentation. Your ability to stay calm in high-pressure scenarios will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV video feeds for irregularities

• Enforce control room protocols consistently

• Manage access for staff, contractors, and visitors

• Respond to real-time security incidents

• Communicate with law enforcement as needed

Requirements:

• Valid provincial Security Guard License

• Strong technical and computer skills

• Previous control room or CCTV operational experience

• Excellent communication and situational awareness

• Open to various shift schedules including nights and weekends
