Key Responsibilities:
Working a weekly schedule from midday to evenings
Oversee security operations across multiple client sites
Manage day-to-day guard supervision including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management
Ensure quality control and conduct periodic site inspections
Handle client service, incident reports, and resolve issues promptly
Perform general office support duties (e.g., uniform distribution, light cleaning tasks)
Maintain strong communication with guards and clients
Respond to after-hours incidents or emergencies on weekends (on-call basis)
Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and scheduling tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
Security Licence for Alberta
Standard First Aid
Being Trauma Aware (by Respect Group)
If possible CPI-NVCI certification
Professional, punctual, and dependent
Prior supervisory experience in the security industry is must.
