Key Responsibilities:
- Working a weekly schedule from midday to evenings
- Oversee security operations across multiple client sites
- Manage day-to-day guard supervision including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure quality control and conduct periodic site inspections
- Handle client service, incident reports, and resolve issues promptly
- Perform general office support duties (e.g., uniform distribution, light cleaning tasks)
- Maintain strong communication with guards and clients
- Respond to after-hours incidents or emergencies on weekends (on-call basis)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and scheduling tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Security Licence for Alberta
- Standard First Aid
- Being Trauma Aware (by Respect Group)
- If possible CPI-NVCI certification
- Professional, punctual, and dependent
- Prior supervisory experience in the security industry is must.
