This role within our Security Surveillance Operations Center demands continuous monitoring of surveillance and real-time response to incidents. The Investigative Specialist will analyze unusual activities, coordinate investigations, and engage with law enforcement when necessary. Clear judgment and organizational skills are critical for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor surveillance feeds for threats or unusual activity

• Investigate and document security incidents thoroughly

• Ensure prompt responses to security alerts

• Liaise with police and regulatory agencies

• Support investigations affecting racing integrity

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or experience

• 1-2 years in security or investigative roles

• Required Ontario Private Investigator License

• Competence in Microsoft Office and investigative software

• CPR/First Aid certification essential
