Position: Night Concierge Role at Clover Living
Enhance the safety of residents at Clover Living as an Overnight Concierge, located in Calgary. This role requires proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin to provide exceptional resident care during the night.

Clover Living is dedicated to offering a vibrant life for Chinese seniors. The Overnight Concierge serves a crucial role in maintaining safety and responding to resident needs during nighttime hours. You'll oversee access control, emergency response, and general security while providing a supportive environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control entrance access for residents and visitors

• Ensure security presence at the Front Desk

• Monitor activities with CCTV and EV2 systems

• Perform regular checks and maintain security logs

• Assist with incoming calls and visitor inquiries

Requirements:

• Experience in front desk or security settings preferred

• High school diploma or GED required

• Must speak Cantonese, Mandarin, and English fluently

• Basic computer proficiency essential

• Valid Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Screening
