As a Security Professional, your focus will be on protecting people, property, and assets while maintaining a welcoming presence on-site. This role includes walking 18 to 20 kilometers per shift, responding to emergencies, and managing access control. We provide licensing assistance if you need to obtain your Alberta Security License.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough foot patrols across the facility
• Welcome visitors and staff, answering inquiries
• De-escalate tense situations using communication skills
• Respond quickly to alarms and emergencies
• Write detailed shift and incident reports
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Alberta Security License or willingness to obtain
• Physical ability to walk and climb stairs
• Strong communication skills for reporting
• Ability to remain composed under pressure
