Loss Prevention Lead at SportChek

Enhance security and customer experience as a Loss Prevention Lead ve awareness and reduce losses while fostering a safe environment for customers and staff.

As the Loss Prevention Lead at Sport Chek, you will play a crucial role in minimizing both internal and external losses. Reporting to the Store General Manager, you will actively monitor the sales floor, ensuring adherence to the Loss Prevention Program and maintaining a secure environment for high-value products. Your coaching skills will empower associates to recognize their responsibilities in customer acknowledgment and identify LP hotspots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Loss Prevention efforts during high-risk hours

• Ensure product security and compliance with LP tagging

• Log incidents and share information with management

• Coach associates on acknowledgment and LP best practices

• Foster customer awareness throughout the store

Requirements:

• 12+ months in Loss Prevention or Security roles

• 6+ months retail experience beneficial

• Valid Security Guard or Investigator License preferred

• CPR & First Aid certification required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
