As a Security Supervisor, you will lead guards at a commercial site and help operations run smoothly. The position emphasizes mobilizing teams, building trust, encouraging collaboration, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead on-site security guards during assigned shifts
- Manage and maintain the team’s daily schedule
- Ensure guards follow and understand current instructions
- Issue and manage access cards
- Complete daily and incident reports
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Excellent leadership skills
- One to three years’ security and team management experience
- Valid security license
- First aid certification is an asset
