Insurance Client Manager in Alberta

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support and service to clients

• Utilize online portals to issue policies and changes

• Review, process and assist with renewals and changes

• Drive premium growth through upselling and referrals

• Keep abreast of the latest market products and intelligence

Requirements:

• AB Gen 1 license is mandatory; additional credentials are a plus

• Minimum of 3 years in the insurance industry preferred

• Experience with high client volumes and fast-paced environments

• Excellent computer and communication skills required

• Professional designations like CAIB or CIP are advantageous
