Overview

The Health Care Aide (HCA) is an essential member of Golden Home Caregivers Corp., reporting directly to the Case Manager. The HCA provides hands‑on personal care and support to clients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. The HCA monitors client conditions and ensures any changes are promptly reported to the Case Manager. The position also involves administering medications according to policy while maintaining professional standards and respecting the dignity, privacy, and autonomy of each client.
