Key Responsibilities:

• Help clients with personal care activities and grooming

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary

• Provide companionship and emotional support consistently

• Facilitate communication among clients, families, and healthcare staff

• Maintain accurate and detailed care records

Requirements:

• Valid registration and practice permit as an HCA

• Effective English reading, writing, and communication skills

• Home care experience is considered a plus
