Community Exercise Physiologist at UR

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient fitness levels and develop exercise prescriptions

• Monitor and facilitate group exercise progress

• Complete necessary documentation for patient sessions

• Supervise Exercise Science Interns and manage program effectiveness

• Participate in case management and quality assurance meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology or Kinesiology

• Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Rehabilitation experience

• Proven skills in fitness testing and program development

• Preferred certifications: ACSM or Cardiac Rehab Professional

• Proficient in EPIC medical record systems
