Responsive Children’s Supports Adaptive Behavior Consultant

As part of a caring team, you will work on short-term, intensive support plans aimed at aiding both children and their families. Collaborating with Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs), you'll provide coaching to ensure the effective implementation of your strategies in everyday contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized support strategies for children in need
• Implement evidence-based techniques for skill growth
• Offer training and guidance to families and caregivers
• Engage in advocacy and community outreach efforts
• Keep precise records of clients' progress and needs
Requirements:
• Required degree in human services (e.g., Psychology, Social Work)
• Experience with developmental disabilities essential
• Understanding of ABA methods is highly regarded
• Strong communication abilities are necessary
• A valid Class 5 Driver's License and your own vehicle
