Support individuals with disabilities as a Community Disability Support Worker in Rocky View County. This full-time role involves personal care, companionship, and facilitating community engagement to enhance clients' independence.

We are searching for a dedicated Community Disability Support Worker (CDSW) to help clients achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life. This role requires patience and strong interpersonal skills to assist individuals with daily living tasks, medication management, and social interactions, making a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily hygiene and personal routines

• Provide medication reminders or administer medications

• Help with meal preparations and housekeeping services

• Facilitate client mobility and safety during activities

• Engage clients in meaningful social interactions

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Services or related field preferred

• 2+ years in caregiving or support work preferred

• Valid Class 5 driver's license required

• First Aid and CPR certification necessary
