Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in residential settings.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on gas, water, and hydronic heating systems.
- Ensure that all plumbing work complies with local codes, industry standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with clients to assess needs and provide tailored plumbing solutions.
- Accurately complete and maintain project records, including service documentation and time logs.
- Uphold safety standards and procedures, utilizing provided equipment and protective gear.
- Support and mentor apprentices in hands‑on training and technical knowledge.
- Licenses: Valid Journeyman Plumber Certification, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a Journeyman Plumber in a residential setting preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in plumbing installations, gas fitting, and hydronic heating systems.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment, showing willingness to teach and mentor.
