Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our state‑of‑the‑art window manufacturing facility and offices. Your work will involve repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections across production machines and the building facility. Strong aptitude in mechanical systems is required. Strong aptitude in electrical systems is an asset.

• Building & Facility Maintenance:Perform timely, effective repairs on facility systems, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Equipment Maintenance:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on multi‑axis CNC machines, along with manual machines such as pneumatic punches, chop saws, drill presses, etc. Troubleshoot control systems, servo drives, VFDs, and mechanical parts such as ball screws, linear rails, and bearings.
• Electrical Support:Install, conduit, wire, and terminate power and control circuits for new equipment, including CNC machines, manual lathes/mills, and other industrial systems. Maintain and troubleshoot facility power distribution systems, including panel boards, switch gear, transformers, and motor control centers (MCCs).
• Fabrication & Support:Use machine shop skills to fabricate or modify parts as needed using available equipment (e.g., welding, cutting, machining).
• Tool & Inventory Management:Maintain an organized tool area, order parts as needed, track spare parts inventory, and ensure machine documentation is up to date.
• Vendor Liaison:Coordinate external repair services as needed with approval.

We welcome candidates with strong maintenance experience or those pursuing apprenticeships in electrical or millwright trades.

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting
• 3+ more years of experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Proficiency with hand and electrical tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the day
• A team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills
