In this role, you will collaborate closely with families and the Calgary Homeless Foundation, ensuring each family in the Home Again Program receives tailored housing solutions. Candidates must be prepared to navigate complex situations while fulfilling the compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate housing agreements with landlords
• Provide crisis support to families
• Teach housing maintenance skills to clients
• Facilitate workshops and home visits
• Advocate for Indigenous populations facing housing challenges
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in relevant field
• 1-2 years of experience with vulnerable populations
• Class 5 Alberta driver's license and vehicle required
• Current First Aid/CPR required
• Completed background checks mandatory
