Position: Youth Worker for High-Risk Teens
Join as a Youth Worker dedicated to supporting high-risk teens aged 13-18 in our community. Your mission will be to create nurturing relationships while connecting them to vital support systems.

As a Youth Worker, you will enable male youth to express their needs and goals while participating in activities aimed at boosting self-confidence. Collaborate with families, wellness teams, and educational services to foster a stronger community that promotes youth engagement and growth.

Your role will be critical in ensuring that each youth receives comprehensive support to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster relationships with high-risk youth in the community

• Conduct referrals for necessary support services

• Promote activities that enhance positive self-identity

• Collaborate with family services to achieve youth goals

• Maintain service records and documentation

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in Human Services or related field

• Experience in youth engagement and support services

• Valid class 5 driver’s license with clean record

• Clear criminal record with vulnerable sector check

• Knowledge of local culture and history is beneficial
