As a Relief Housing Case Worker, you will join a dedicated team focused on transitional housing programs.

Your role involves connecting clients to permanent housing while promoting financial literacy and access to community-based supports. You are essential in helping clients achieve their goals and ensuring their daily needs are met with compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect clients to secure long-term housing options

• Advocate with landlords on behalf of clients

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients for support

• Document client interactions and progress regularly

• Conduct wellness checks and provide first aid as necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in a related field

• 1+ years experience with marginalized individuals

• Strong communication and administrative skills

• Proficient in conflict resolution

• Passion for addressing homelessness in Alberta
