Position: Engage as a Community Connector
Become a Community Connector with Enviros, utilizing a Wraparound approach to work closely with Children Services, facilitating vital support for children and youth in collaborative environments.

As a Community Connector at Enviros, your focus will be on engaging youth through strength-based assessments and enriching their experience with holistic planning. You will work seamlessly with teams from Children Services and live-in programs, ensuring that individualized needs are met and lifelong connections fostered for lasting success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct youth assessments on strengths and needs

• Develop and enhance community networks

• Create integrated planning with diverse teams

• Support action steps alongside live-in staff

• Facilitate safety plans for crisis prevention

Requirements:

• Human Services diploma or degree

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience

• Knowledge of mental health practices

• Current police and Child Intervention checks

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
