The CCMS Caseworker plays a vital role in helping individuals through the Community Case Management and Supervision program. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage effectively with ethno-cultural community members

• Conduct thorough file reviews to develop release plans

• Complete case documentation and funder reports

• Support clients facing trauma with guidance strategies

• Arrange activities to encourage community engagement

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in human services or related field

• Minimum two years of Intensive Case Management experience

• Knowledge of corrections as an asset

• Brain Story Certification preferred

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
