Position: Social Worker for Easter Seals Alberta

As a Social Worker, you will report to the Program and Resource Manager. This role involves supporting individuals and families in navigating disability supports such as PDD, FSCD, and FMS. Your strong communication skills will aid in guiding clients towards independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accessible information on disability supports

• Guide clients through personalized service plans

• Develop strengths-based Individual Support Plans (ISPs)

• Monitor program performance and gather client feedback

• Build partnerships with community organizations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Social Work or equivalent

• 2–3 years in case management or service navigation

• Knowledge of Alberta disability support systems

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to equity and inclusion principles
