Living within the residence, you will help in maintaining community standards while enhancing student life. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and evaluate engaging social programs monthly

• Maintain a safe and supportive living atmosphere

• Serve as a resource and role model for residents

• Address conflicts and guide residents towards resolutions

• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Requirements:

• Full-time student with a minimum 65% GPA

• Leadership experience is preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Certification in First Aid and CPR Level C

• Criminal Record Check completion required
