In this contract position, you'll play a vital role in deploying and sustaining time entry systems while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Your strong coordination and communication skills will enable you to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This diverse role includes providing training, troubleshooting support, and managing project updates on progress and risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on time entry project support initiatives
• Manage daily operations ensuring data accuracy
• Troubleshoot system errors for users and suppliers
• Provide updates on compliance and process improvements
• Assist in contractor onboarding and offboarding
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in supply chain or system support
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills
• Experience with UAT and documentation
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
