Empower Women Case Manager

Position: Empower Women as a Case Manager
Join YW Calgary as a Case Manager, focusing on empowering women overcoming homelessness and trauma. This role delivers client-centered case management within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Reporting to the Manager of Transitional Housing, the Case Manager will support women dealing with complex challenges such as addictions and abuse. The role encompasses building trust, performing assessments, and creating tailored case plans. Your work will ensure clients receive the care and advocacy needed to develop their strengths and achieve long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trauma-informed, empowering relationships

• Conduct ongoing assessments to understand client needs

• Develop and implement individualized case plans

• Facilitate crisis intervention and emotional support

• Coordinate with external providers for comprehensive care
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or similar

• Two years of experience with vulnerable populations

• Relevant professional registration required

• Current CPR and First Aid Certification

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
