- Copy of Police Information Check issued within the past six months
- A Vulnerable Sector Search is required for all school-based positions
- If applicable to the position, proof of post‑secondary education (e.g., transcripts, certificate, diploma, or degree)
- Copy of government‑issued identification (e.g., passport, provincial driver’s licence, or birth certificate)
- Copy of Social Insurance Number
- Valid Drivers’ License (Copy).
Successful candidates may begin employment once all required documentation has been submitted and approved by People Services.
Caretaking and maintenance staff are represented by CUPE, Local Union No 520.
