Become an integral part of Fear Is Not Love  as an On Call Counselor. This role focuses on addressing domestic violence and providing essential support during evenings and weekends when needed.
Join our dedicated team as an On Call Counselor within the Client Services Program. Flexibility is paramount in this position as you'll be essential in managing crisis communications and offering immediate direction to teams serving vulnerable populations. Your experience in domestic violence or mental health is valuable as you help foster safe environments for those in transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to overnight staff and programs

• Respond to after-hours crisis calls

• Triage urgent facility requests

• Generate reports regarding incidents and staff support

• Ensure compliance with best practice standards
Requirements:

• B.S.W. or relevant degree preferred

• Four years' supervisory experience essential

• Two years’ experience in related fields required

• Strong leadership and communication capabilities

• Criminal record check required
