Position: Behaviour Consultant for Autism Support
Support children and youth with autism as a Behaviour Consultant. Your experience in behaviour assessment and intervention will drive positive client outcomes in this engaging role.
We are looking for a skilled Behaviour Consultant to provide vital services for children and youth coping with autism and developmental disabilities. This role centers on behaviour assessment, support planning, and caregiver coaching. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective strategies that enhance communication, safety, and quality of life for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify behavioural challenges

• Implement evidence-based behavioural interventions for skill acquisition

• Provide coaching and ongoing support for clients and families

• Collaborate with families to empower child development

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team for integrated care
Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field

• Experience in behaviour assessment and support planning

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• BCBA certification preferred or in progress

• Eagerness to contribute to a supportive team
