Join Calgary Alternative Support Services (CASS) as a Community Support Coordinator in SE Calgary and lead impactful programs. Support individuals with disabilities through advocacy and personalized community engagement efforts.
This full-time permanent position demands a proactive leader who can design and monitor effective Individual Support Plans (ISPs). You will supervise frontline staff, ensuring they provide high-quality support that promotes social inclusion and individual goals.
Your role will significantly contribute to creating a more inclusive community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee frontline staff and manage performance evaluations
• Develop individualized support plans with clear, measurable outcomes
• Facilitate access to community opportunities for clients
• Ensure compliance with CAPCC policies and regulations
• Maintain accurate case documentation and reporting
Requirements:
• Experience in the human services field
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Proficient in report writing and documentation
• Knowledge of the disability support sector
• Current First Aid certification and background check
