Become a Team Lead with McMan Calgary & Area, focusing on homelessness prevention in The James House Program. Lead efforts to support clients as they transition to stable housing.
This permanent, full-time position involves leadership and community-building responsibilities essential for aiding individuals who are unhoused. You will collaborate with various community stakeholders and manage program operations, ensuring a holistic approach driven by empathy and client support. Your engagement will foster strong relationships with service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with community organizations to support housing initiatives.
• Build partnerships with external service providers.
• Handle leases, notices, and maintenance requests effectively.
• Conduct data checks and ensure accurate program reporting.
• Oversee financial data related to rent and gift cards.
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Human Services.
• Minimum three years' experience with vulnerable populations.
• Valid Driver's license with insurance coverage.
• Up-to-date Police and Child intervention checks.
• Training in First Aid and Suicide Intervention.
Lead impactful housing support initiatives and strengthen community ties at McMan.
