As a member of the Recovery team, your focus will be on assisting clients with transitional housing and long-term community support. You will work closely with marginalized groups, providing advocacy, guidance, and essential life skills aimed at fostering independence. Building rapport with clients and maintaining clear communication is vital to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for clients with landlords for housing solutions

• Build lasting relationships with clients to achieve goals

• Assist clients in developing daily living skills

• Conduct wellness checks and document interactions

Requirements:

• Educational background in a relevant field

• Minimum 1 year experience with vulnerable individuals
