Empower individuals in Calgary as a Community Outreach Social Worker with The Mustard Seed. This full-time position is focused on providing outreach support for those facing homelessness and mental health challenges.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, leveraging clinical skills to facilitate access to crucial support services for vulnerable clients. Your responsibilities include assessment, supportive counseling, and emergency response to immediate needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct client care and counseling

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work preferred

• Minimum two years’ mental health experience desired

• Direct work with homeless populations is a plus

• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability

• Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
