This permanent role requires a dedicated individual with 2-4 years of experience in social sciences, child care, or related fields. You will work within a structured environment, actively engaging in case management, therapeutic responsibilities, and community meetings. Your contribution will foster personal and social growth for clients during vital rotating shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement structured settings for client development
• Participate in team supervisory and planning meetings
• Manage therapeutic responsibilities and case conferences
• Maintain program living space and meet licensing standards
• Execute meal preparation and transportation tasks
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in social sciences or related fields
• 2-4 years of relevant experience needed
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid class 5 driver’s license required
• Experience working with youth preferred
