Community Relations & Coordinator

Position: Community Relations & Employment Coordinator Role
Become a Community Relations and Employment Coordinator with Goodwill Industries of Alberta and impact lives. Focus on empowering individuals with disabilities to pursue meaningful careers.

This full-time role is a one-year contract that provides crucial case management for clients with employment barriers. You will manage client intake, ensure eligibility, and facilitate robust support networks. Your efforts will help create lasting partnerships with businesses and community leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee client intake and eligibility assessments

• Conduct comprehensive Person Centered Plan interviews

• Update and monitor service planning documentation

• Establish work goals in collaboration with employers

• Foster community relationships to drive Goodwill’s mission

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant post-secondary education

• Experience in helping individuals with disabilities

• Valid First Aid certificate required

• Personal vehicle and clean driver's license needed

• Ability to communicate effectively in various formats
