Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor clients while overseeing their progress
• Monitor housing conditions and provide necessary support
• Maintain property standards for health and safety
• Track and analyze client objectives consistently
• Attend relevant meetings for case management updates
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Social Work or related field
• 3+ years experience with addiction and marginalized populations
• Valid Driver’s License and liability insurance
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Flexibility for after-hours work to meet client needs
