Enviros is seeking a dedicated Case Manager with experience in youth and family support. This position focuses on helping young individuals utilize community resources while developing essential skills for independence and healthy relationships. You'll leverage your knowledge of trauma-informed practices and community systems to facilitate personal growth among youth facing complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess individual youth needs for tailored support services
• Provide life skills training to foster independence
• Enhance awareness of community resources and their utilization
• Teach problem-solving strategies for healthy relationships
• Manage client documentation and workloads effectively
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in a Human Services field
• Experience with youth and knowledge of Child Services
• Current criminal record and intervention checks
• Reliable transportation for client visits
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Develop the potential of youth at Enviros through effective case management and resource facilitation.
